Training program for Riyadh police launched

Riyadh Gov. Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, inaugurated a training program for the district police, at the Riyadh police headquarters recently.


The program was launched with the aim to educate the police employees about the intellectual security, the importance of religious teachings, the integrity of behavior, to correct concepts, values of loyalty toward the country and nationals.


The governor was received by the deputy director of Public Security, Maj. Gen. Hamoud Al-Mansur, the region’s police chief, Maj. Gen. Saud bin Abdulaziz Al-Hilal, the police chief of Riyadh region.


Prince Turki bin Abdullah also visited a drug awareness exhibition organized by the narcotics control department, and praised its contents.


Prince Turki bin Abdullah said he was very pleased with the opening of the training program, stressing that training and rehabilitation is one of the most important fundamentals that contribute to raising the efficiency of the employees and improves their work.


He urged the employees to do their best in the training and work hard to achieve the desired goals.


He also praised the efforts of the program organizers and said that Almighty Allah has blessed the nation with peace and security.


Prince Turki was honored by the region’s police chief, Maj. Gen. Saud bin Abdulaziz Al-Hilal, with a commemorative award.
